I’m Cosimo, I’m a certified mindset coach, facilitator and consultant specialized in supporting executives and professionals towards the achievement of their goals by improving leadership skills, productivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, creativity, stress reduction and work-life balance.

I strongly believe that when human beings experience trauma or severe stress, it is not uncommon for their lives to become increasingly burdensome to deal with. My greatest passion is to bring a new breath of fresh air to those who live this type of experience. I, above all, address them because, having experienced many of the same challenges as my clients do, it helps them feel fully valued with the personal coaching work they are going to undertake. I strongly believe that helping others is closely related to helping myself. I accompany my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves by strengthening their relationships so that they can know themselves as serene, complete, whole and safe in every area of ​​their lives. Furthermore, having tested it on myself, I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and that is why I have always focused on continuing my personal training, to research and provide the best possible service to those who decide to trust me by starting a journey that will lead them to reach a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, factors that have proven to be the most significant towards forming the best leaders of the future.

Born in a small town in Southern Italy, I began my training by graduating in the arts field at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce, a crucial step in building my subsequent skills and abilities. The artistic and emotional aspect helped me to understand our inner world much more deeply because, quoting a beautiful thought: “Art strips us of our armour and saves us from the indifference we reserve for what is around us. By recovering sensitivity, we look at the same things with new eyes”.

Subsequently, over the years, I wanted to combine my various passions by bringing the artistic, managerial and interpersonal communication worlds closer (verbal and otherwise). Among the various qualifications, I obtained a master’s degree in business management in London at the KCL, qualifications in teaching languages ​​and managerial communication, courses and certifications closely connected with business, leadership and personal growth. The last of my achievements, in chronological order, is yet another goal devoted to growth in the world of coaching, having certified myself at the IFCE, an American training institution, as a business, executive and life coach. My range is the world. I love traveling and experiencing new cultural immersions. At the last 11 years I have been leading professional and personal growth projects in Europe (England, Spain, Italy), Asia (China, Xi’an University) and Africa (Tanzania, Endulen Maasai Community) training and helping countless men and women, in their private and corporate spheres. Those I partner especially appreciate my sincerity, integrity, insightful questions, humour and the energy I bring to putting them at ease so they can experience their best. Last but not least, my latest artistic work has been the creation of an illustrated book entitled Jack&Chick, published by Dantebus, a publishing house located in Rome.
