Regulation (EU) 679/2016, art. 4 c.1 p.1, defines personal data as follows: “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.”
The website cosimorestacoach.com provides informational and sometimes interactive content. For this reason, during the navigation on the site, Cosimo Resta may process the following categories of personal data:

7- DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You can exercise the rights granted to you by law at any time, including:
- The right to access personal data, obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by Cosimo Resta, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom they may be communicated, the applicable retention period, the possible existence of automated decision-making processes, and requesting a copy (Art. 15 GDPR Right of Access).
- The right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you or the completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR Right to Rectification).
- The right, in the cases provided for, to obtain the erasure of your data held by Cosimo Resta (Art. 17 Right to Erasure).

The Professional will respond to your request within 30 days from the date of receipt; this period may be extended by an additional two months in case of particularly complex and numerous requests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which can be contacted at garante@gpdp.it or through the website http://www.gpdp.it.
There is no transfer of your personal data abroad. However, Cosimo Resta reserves the possibility of using Cloud services, and in such cases, service providers will be selected among those who provide adequate guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.
